This was, and I’m not joking the best location dominos I’ve ever been to. Team members Brandon and Javier are absolutely amazing. From the customer service to the construction of our pizza. Genuinely it felt like the both of them cared to treat me well and cared to actually produce beautiful pizzas. I say this to the management, accommodate them to your best ability. They excel in their positions and represent dominos far better than anyone I have ever encountered within dominos.

I ordered for delivery. An hour later, I received a notice on the app that my order was delivered. It was not. I called the store. It took 30 minutes for them to pick up the phone. I had started to drive to the store myself because I was on hold for so long. I was told that my order had been marked as complete even though it was not. The employee I spoke to said so like it was protocol for orders to be marked as complete even though they were not. She did not provide me an ETA for the order. At the time, I had waited an hour and a half. When I arrived home, my husband told me the delivery had arrived while I was out. He said the delivery driver was very apologetic and suggested we request a refund for our order. The driver said that his manager frequently marks orders complete that are not complete in order to improve wait times. I called the store to request a refund. The driver answered and was so nice- he said he would get his manager right away and was glad I was requesting a refund since at this point I had experienced a half hour of stress due to this manager’s fraudulent practice of marking orders complete when they were not.
The manager refused to issue me a refund when I asked. He said he was not authorized to and only offered store credit. I do not intend to purchase from this Dominos again, so I did not want store credit. I asked for more details about how orders are marked as complete. I said that the reason I was requesting a refund was not because the wait time was so long, but because my food was marked as delivered when it was not. He said that a computer automatically marks orders as complete after an hour, so this is something I need to tell central customer service about. This sounded like a lie since that would be a terrible business practice. I asked for the refund again. I work in customer service and there is always a way to refund a customer. When I pressed for a refund, he said he would “get in trouble” if he gave me a refund. I told him he was in trouble since he’s lying to customers and requested a refund again more insistently He immediately placed me on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. I felt absolutely indignant. The way I was treated by this manager was truly abhorrent. My order was just $30, which is an extremely good deal for 2 pizzas, but the value is not at all worth an evening’s peace of mind. This manager should not be in a leadership position if they are insecure enough not to make things right after they make a mistake that impacts someone else. Not to mention, they are sending drivers out to angry customers who think their orders won’t be arriving. Delivery driver: 10/10, manager

I placed an order on Uber Eats. The delivery was marked complete, but to my surprise, nothing was delivered. I called up the store and was told the driver was 6-7 minutes away – ok, I wait for 15 minutes and call them back. Then, I was told that the driver had got into a fender bender on the highway (not sure which highway, since there’s no highway between the store and my apartment). I was told the driver will call me … that was 10 minutes ago. No call, no driver, no pizza.

I had such a great experience with Dominion’s! I ordered online and used curbside pickup—it was super easy and convenient. When I got home, my food looked phenomenal and tasted even better. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

Received an incorrect order and they refused to refund my money after I alerted them to it. Eat here at your own risk — or at least check your order thoroughly before leaving the store in hopes you can convince them to correct your order if it’s wrong.
Updated to add: Domino’s told me to dispute the charge with my credit card if I wanted a refund, so I did and was awarded a refund. I suggest others try this if they are not cooperative.

We ordered two pizzas from here last night, we love the specialty crust of Domino’s and the pizzas were fresh, still warm and tasty. The delivery came a little late after 1:15 hours though we live relatively close.

we ordered delivery at 10:30pm and it was estimated to be delivered BY 11:15. at 11:18 the tracker said it was at “quality check” and we never got any updates regarding our delivery since; we tried calling multiple times, however the automated message was in a constant loop and did not let us speak to anyone at the store. it is now 12:20am, and the store is closed so we can no longer get in contact with them at all. we are now trying to submit a claim for a refund, but you can not do that until your order leaves the store, which ours never did. thanks for not delivering our pizza, will not be returning ❤️

I’ve ordered from the G St. location twice. First time the driver was late.
Second time was during the day.the driver was over an hour past delivery time and pizzas were cold and missing items.
This store needs better drivers or mangement.
Unfortunately, im not going to get suckered for a 3rd incorrect/late order. There are other places in davis that at least try.

Placed an order over the phone at 10:13 PM, and was told it would be 20-30 minutes for delivery. An hour later, at 11:20 PM, I tried calling to see where my food is. The automated voice played for 15 entire minutes. While on the phone waiting for someone to answer, the driver knocks on the door. When I specifically asked if they could not knock, but call me and I would meet them outside. My partner was sleeping, my dog barks. Why give delivery instructions if they won’t be adhered to? Lame ˙◠˙
