I asked for a iced matcha latte…straight up got iced milk latte. I asked how much scoops of matcha they added they told me they added 3 scoops…oh yeah for suree. Well at least I got my strawberry cold foam

This is one of the more quieter Starbucks on Rte 1 in Lynnfield MA located inside the Christmas Tree shopping plaza next to Yankee Candle.
The staff were very friendly but couldn’t get my order right. Although, I understand we all have bad days.
The inside is very clean, spacious with an open concept and plenty of seats and a comfortable cushioned seating bench along the entire back wall. Seats about 30 people comfortably.
They also have a drive-thru if you’re on the go.

I used to go to this Starbucks weekly but it seems, now, they make the drinks wrong 100% of the time. On 2 different occasions, I got the brown sugar shaken espresso and they put so much cinnamon that you cannot drink it. It’s so disappointing because this is the closest Starbucks to my house.

Dirtiest starbucks i have ever been too. I watched as they made my coffee and they barley rinse anything. The dairy products are sitting out on the counter and the drink was disgusting. I have been sick all day I shouldn’t have drank it. Be aware if you have allergies the cross contamination is insane

Products at Starbucks are similar across the board typically. The service at this location is good. Friendly and respectful. The wait is what it is as the team here is processing so many orders so one cannot be upset or negative about that. Staff keeps up and provides good service that should be recognized

I live close to this location so I go here frequently but the staff is always extremely nasty. There’s a manager with curly hair that’s always rude and has a nasty look on his face and if he messes up your order, he’ll just yell at you. Wouldn’t suggest going to this location unless necessary. I try to avoid it best I can but convenience wins occasionally.

Came early morning and it was clean and quiet. They have a drive through but walked inside. Super chill baristas but very friendly and willing to make my drinks well. They made my day a great start. My order was just perfect.
