Great location! Makes awesome drinks most of the bad reviews I see about this location seem to come from a place of confusion in how to order/how drinks are made. I also see a lot of reviews that are meant for other locations.

I understand they were very busy but after waiting for so long just for them to get the drink wrong is frustrating. My drink is supposed to be NO whipped cream and they gave me whipped cream. I didn’t bother to say anything because who knows how long it’ll take for them to make another one.

The fact I couldn’t wait to get back to my office to write this review is how taken a back I was today with the service of this location. I generally come to this location 3-4 days a week after my PureBarre class and before heading back to work and today was probably the most rudest dealing I’ve had, this location has generally been decent and accommodating but today around 1:05 pm the older lady assisting me was annoyed that I was adding food to my order from the showcase as I was buying for multiple people, stepped away and the young girl took over very helpful and professionally. I go to the pickup section and the older lady just puts the bag on the counter and walks away so I had no idea if it was for me or not, I stood there she continues to do whatever, and the younger girl says are you all set? I again didn’t know as I was still awaiting drinks but after she handed me the drink I just left, first off, I paid cash and gave a tip so there is really no reason for the attitude and disregard, but I will not be becoming back to this location unfortunately. The only reason this isn’t one star is because the younger girl was sweet and did finish the order. For the amount of money Starbucks charges you think their customer service would be better.

I ordered a London Fog and specifically asked the girl who handed it to me if they remembered the vanilla ( explaining that it’s forgotten so many times that I just always ask) I was assured that the vanilla was included in the drink. However, while I was driving away after the drink had cooled a bit to taste, there was indeed no vanilla. Unfortunately This is a common occurrence But it is especially frustrating when I specifically ask if the vanilla is in the drink and am emphatically told that it is in the drink

Great location and great team. I like the cafe only atmosphere. I find the drive thru stores seem crazy. I typically get there late and never have a problem with being “denied “ coffee or closing early. I go almost daily usually just before they close. I definitely question the “truth” of any of these comments that say they were denied coffee or closed early. How does a coffee shop deny coffee! It makes no sense. Unless they were sold out of something? I also can sit in cafe until closing without anyone saying a thing about it. When they close they let me know. I highly recommend this location, the other two nearby locations are nice as well but Mall Rd is my favorite.

First time in it took 25 minutes to get two cake pops for my kid. They were very busy so I can respect first in, first out. Just unfortunate that I ordered at the counter and had an associate looking right at the cake pops, but wouldn’t just bag them right then.
Today though, I again ordered two pops for my kid. Paid in cash and the associate never even offered my change back. I will be fine without the $0.87, but even if it was just a penny it should have been offered back to me.
Very likely to not go back to this location again.

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever come across! The staff is very friendly and sweet! They make amazing coffee as well! Junny and Michelle are amazing and always make the best coffee!

They didn’t get any of our order correct. We ordered oatmeal with oat milk but they just gave us the packet of the oats and a cup not even prepared which seemed very strange like they expected us to eat it raw. We ordered a chocolate chip cookie and they gave us a brownie and the wrong coffee drink. They also didn’t give the extra shot of espresso my wife ordered in her drink. They looked upset and annoyed when we told them they gave us the wrong coffee.
