Went recently to pick up an order for someone who will eat anything so can’t comment on the quality of the food. Service was okay, but I was overcharged by $5-$6. I should have checked the receipt before I left so that’s on me. Called to clear it up with the manager and ultimately capitulated offering to give me some of her own money in the parking lot to avoid issuing a refund, I guess (no apology). Also, the satisfaction surveys on the receipts fall on deaf ears as I never received a call from the company.

They never get my order right. Wrong proteins in the food. They Make you pull up to wait for your order so it doesn’t count against their timer and then you wait 15-20+ minutes for your food to come out wrong. They always leave out sauces even when asked for them or when it’s supposed to come with your order already.

Today at Taco Bell in Newton, Ms, I asked for the Cheeay Street Steak Chalupas which consist of two chalupas (I asked for sour cream to be added). My total was $6.52 and after I paid for my food, I qaitrd ten minutes to receive my order and when I received my order, I left but I usually check my food for accuracy but I didn’t this time and when I made it home, ready to eat I saw that my order was wrong!! I got something with chicken and red strips on it!! I called the restaurant from 3ish until now 7:30P and the phone will ring then starts the annoying sound like someone got it off the hook!!

I feel like I’d should sue them for this. First of they said some about a wait for taco bell food oNlY so I ordered my food some Mac n cheese chicken spicy, ordered a bunch of other taco bell stuff for my Mexican neighbor and I waited at window for 38 minutes before being told to pull down, I waited there for an hour, had the line turnt up, then some girl that was nice at first brought me some food that was wrong told me to keep it if it is wrong, which is was. I ate it bc I been waiting for over an hour at this point, then I get my real taco bell food, then the same girl walk with my kfc food out say some about I gotta pay for the wrong food and that her manager said so I said call police and get manager she went back in with food then she came back out with food and say something bout her manager being afraid of being gatted, see now they profiling my neighbor and me ofc always me. Good thing my daughter was at the hospital after that sped swing, not with me. Then she hand me my food and I scratch off in my baby daddy’s Mercedes Bens truck Ian never been this disputed I wish I was recording I coulda bought my own with that lawsuit, she said we was gonna shoot her I wanna sue her instead. Ps. HAIR WAS IN MY MAC N CHEESE.

While traveling I decided to stop here for a bite to eat. No one was at the counter to take my order, then a young man came from the kitchen to the counter. His name is Craig and he took the initiative to learn to work the register to take my order so I would not have to wait. He was very kind and considerate. And then I really appreciated the fact that he learned something new just to serve me.

The employees act like they hate their jobs and you too. None of the employees were friendly. A woman came in with a messed up order and she ended up waiting 20 minutes for it to be corrected. They acted like it was her fault. The wait times were terrible. Drinks were down due to boil order. Out of sauces. All of the bars were sticky.

Stopped here today for a quick bite on our way home from the holidays. Bathroom was a disaster, and after standing at the counter for ten minutes, I asked if someone could take our order; the shift manager walks around from the drive through window and says “yeah I will, I’m on this register and the window”. She then goes back to the drive through window, two other staff members start laughing, and after two more minutes, we walked out. If this is the best KFC Taco Bell has to offer, then shut this place down and try again elsewhere. Beyond poor service. Absolutely beyond poor.
