We ordered thru Uber eats so the food was delivered, we never had Starbucks before so ordering online was a little overwhelming, just because of all the choices they give you just for the coffee order, the syrups, the toppings, different milks or creams, my husband jokingly said by the time we decided on what to choose, breakfast would be over. But obviously we did order and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious and the coffees were great.

Listen guys, the hard truth is that everyone is replaceable. Sooner you all realize that the better, not even trying to be a Jerk, It’s just reality and not to mention this is literally the slowest Starbucks around and the customer service really isn’t that great, what makes you think a strike is even justifiable?

Moved and changed Starbucks. This location always provides fast pick up through mobile order, I pickup inside as all Starbucks drive through’s seem to take a while. Staff always say “hello” or “you’re welcome” when I pick up my coffee and say “thank you”, I don’t expect it since that’s not the norm and any location I go to is always busy, but it’s nice. And most importantly my coffee is not only good, but it’s consistent. The only con I’ve seen at this location was a few months ago, they frequently had certain items out of stock. But that seems to have been remedied.

So I’ve never had an issue at this Starbucks, I just wanted to say that if you get a nugget ice maker that would be the icing on the cake. I end my work days in Gardner and hardly stop here, I wait to order from the Worcester location by my house because they have nugget ice ! There’s just something about getting a little chomp of ice in each sip! Think about itttttttt, I’d give you all my money ordering

Second day I’ve got the wrong coffee. Wait 25 minutes in line and pay 6$ for a coffee and it’s gross. I ask for a Caramel Macchiato and get this watery gingerbread drink. Last time it was pumpkin in the same order.
