Unfortunately, I don’t think majority of the staff knows how to make the drinks correctly. Every single coffee my husband has ordered for me has been very wrong which is a bummer because it’s not cheap. I highly recommend going over the recipes for these coffees and telling customers you’re not sure how to make something instead of winging it.

The coffee is good, when they have it. Most weeks they are out of stock of the best coffees. MOST WEEKS. I’m not sure why ordering stock is such a problem, but there has been many days I leave and have to drive across town to get the orders I have. Not a good business model.

Just a little walk in Starbucks. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Starbucks. It’s small with no where to sit – more of a grab n go situation. But they’re clean, fast, and got our orders right.

Fun fact, on my last visit there I saw how one of the employees started her 15 minutes brake and instead of just serving her own drink she had the integrity to jump on the line as everyone else and for her turn. That alone deserves 5 stars
