Service was awsome but drinks were not made very well..barely ant whip and no puree on the cup like we asked..also window person asked me if I wanted a straw..said yes and he handed me the drink and forgot my straw..prefer my safeway starbucks.

Grande Americano with extra brevet, was on point, the service was friendly and pleasant, the breakfast sandwich was chewy and unpleasant like it had been microwaved rather than toasted. A small disappointment in the food.

AM: Nearly instantaneous service! Staff was super friendly and had excellent attitudes. Inspiring atmosphere for studying; everyone looked like they were having a good time at work! Also, chai latte was pretty tasty.

Usually okay, but they made my drink wrong and forgot to give it to me. I waited for about an hour only to be told to “check the counter” I had checked it multiple times and my drink was not there. My coffee had been sitting behind another drink and no one bothered to tell me as it was not in sight. When I asked about it they at first dismissed me when I said I wasn’t a mobile order. I waited for way too long-my iced coffee was lukewarm-tasted bitter. Paid 8 dollars for this :/

My ‘go to’ Starbucks at Plaza is closing this afternoon for remodeling. Sadly, will reopen as a ‘drive through; in-store pick up’ only No more meeting here for coffee/tea/breakfast. There will be no chairs/tables inside or out…so, the end of an era.
