Jenny was amazing. The new barista missed the order. When talking to Jenny, she was completely understanding. The other Barista said, “What did I get wrong?” Nothing replies Jenny when you get it just right, you’ll always get it just right. Truly, an inspirational individual inspires even the little mistakes to not be looked at as a negative or is wrong but just to learning experience to grow positively forward. Got a notification for 50% off a cold drink today, so I ordered a basic iced caramel latte size Grande-Medium. I noticed that after the 50% off it was still more money than a McDonald’s regular price iced caramel latte size Medium. The Starbucks person was not friendly, did not smile, and was a little rude. I’ll go to McDonald’s next time.

The baristas were professional and friendly, and the americanos were tasty. This is a smaller store, and the inside seating is less than many Starbucks stores, making the atmosphere feel a bit crowded if, as in this visit, the room is fairly full.

Starbucks dependability! Fast, polite service. Great aromas. Good coffee. Clean bathrooms. My table had crums on it, but a dry napkin took care of that. The other tables around were completely clean, but I wanted a specific table. ***The special part was watching an employee help an older customer log into the Starbucks app. She initially helped him at the counter, but eventually sat with him at a table and got him connected. She spent about 15 minutes. Other Starbucks teammates stepped up and took care of the other customers. Great job!!!! Very impressed. She is seated in the background of this photo.

The atmosphere is very nice, The coffee’s are very popular at the Starbucks locations all around the world. There is WiFi so you can check your email, browse the internet and all the stuff you need on the internet. The cake pops and lemon cake are very delicious.

I get mobile orders here often with no problems whatsoever. The other afternoon I put in a mobile order & arrived at the expected time it would be done. Despite the drive thru being empty I was told they were still working on the order. I waited for another 10 min…in the drive thru… after ordering ahead…. I noticed when I was handed my drinks the baristas were laughing and at the time I thought nothing of it. After noticing taste difference and a stomach ache I realized the baristas most likely used dairy milk instead of using the non dairy option I always order. Really inconsiderate and inconvenient. Will not be returning to this location.
