I always order the same drink from many Starbucks all over Washington State. Today was the first time someone refused to make my drink the way I asked. I was absolutely in shock that the manager would not add more oatmilk to the top, in which I even offered to pay for!! Terrible management and should be reviewed by the corporation. I asked for no room at the top and this is what I get and some excuse as to why she cannot fill to the top because it’s an iced drink? I’m not asking for more coffee, I was asking for oatmilk to the top which I even offered to pay!

This is my least favorite Starbucks in Pullman. They often mess up orders and drinks recipes are not consistent. I had an employee that seemed upset with me for ordering a cup on the app. As this is a college town, this issue may resolve itself as it’s employees graduate.

Average Starbucks. Took awhile to have my order taken, even with only being the single person in line. I bought a Pro 2 snax and the apples were bad inside. It’s hard to see what the fruit looks like through all the wording. Just try and check the snacks and the expiration date.
