Starbucks fails to support, unsweetened, soy milk to be used in Matcha tea. Or to serve Matcha tea, without any other additives than the water used to make the tea. This is a lost opportunity. Bitter green teas such as Matcha, serve to be a valuable nutrient intake form.

These ladies at this location are very sweet, hard workers, that memorize every regulars usual beverage, (including all the little details and requests thrown in there ) and they even memorized the other drinks I might get and how I like them They have all built rapports with customers, they make the drinks perfectly, they are quick and kind. The staff is the reason I go to this location all the time. The new girls (one isn’t that new anymore ) learned very quickly and are personable. I enjoy getting to chat with these great women even if for a minute

This is the first time I visited this Star bucks. I needed to have coffee and I only take my lattes with coconut milk so Starbucks is a certainty for me. Fat and friendly service and they practice social distancing and make are required. All plusses for me.

The baristas are always so friendly and this is the only Starbucks in the area that consistently makes the drinks correctly and timely. They get through a long line quickly and with punctuality, while making drinks exactly as the customer ordered it. I have not had a bad experience here, so much so that instead of going to the Starbucks near where I live, I drive an extra ten minutes to go here. It’s more than worth it to havey order done correctly and not forgotten about (the one near Fred Meyer has forgotten my drink twice, always takes at least 15 minutes, and has consistently made my tea incorrectly, it’s a vente cool lime refresher, nothing special, but I have been given different teas, mostly ice, or waited half an hour to be told that they forgot about my order because they put it on the back counter). This is by far the best Starbucks in Vancouver.

They roast their beans months in advance and have to roast them to the point of burning them to poorly attempt to hide the fact that when you order your coffee the beans have already gone rancid 7 days after they were burnt in the first place. Thus loosing the flavor of origin. Learn to roast your coffee beans at home and you’ll see And taste what I mean.

Fast and friendly service, always remembers to ask if I want whip cream with my soy drink (I’m allergic to milk so I prefer no whipped cream) . Only downside is I have had one of my drinks stolen there but, the baristas we’re very nice and understanding and made a new one .
