Horrible. They made my drink wrong twice , forgot to give me my pastry. I had to go back around twice with my infant. Finally had to go into the store to ask for my cookies. The manager who was male with dark hair was just patronizing and RUDE. The last time this happened they made it right with a $10 gift card. Never coming back to this location again.

Someone bought me a caramel frap from Starbucks, and once again, Starbucks didn’t fail to disappoint. There was no coffee flavor whatsoever. If you order coffee, you should at least be able to taste a hint of the stuff, I would think. But it just tasted like caramel syrup. Starbucks coffee is low quality and has no flavor.

Clean and very organized. The pickup area was very organized for mobile orders and delivery services. We ordered in for to go, and there was plenty of place to stand/sit and wait. It did take a bit of time, and I was okay with that since the background and overall noise were comfortable.

This is the Starbucks in my neighborhood. Every single time I’ve been through I have had exceptionally good service. They’re kind, patient, friendly & helpful. I like getting suggestions a lot. They’re always great at giving me drinks to try. This Starbucks is also super quick. No matter how busy they are I’m only there for 10 minutes tops. My literal only complaint is that they don’t have a credit card tip option.
