Ordered a macadamia cold brew and was told that they were out of macadamia. Well that’s fine I ordered the drink with vanilla instead. The cashier says “No problem “. The total was $7 and some change which is $2 more than the actual drink cost. I asked why and they explained that they were out of macadamia syrup. Yes but can’t you make the same drink with different syrup? She then explained the extra costs that made it over $7 for the same drink. The manager got involved and offered me a refund. But she was belittling and condensending (almost like I was the psychopath for refusing to pay over $7 for a drink). This lead person did not once offer to make it right by making me a different drink or perhaps help the cashier ring it up correctly. I left without a drink! I have since gone to multiple Starbucks and ordered the same thing and was only charged $5.35. In conclusion, this store needs A LOT of training.

Great drive thru experience! The order was correct, and I tried a new breakfast sandwich. The barista was knowledgeable and friendly. There was only one car in front of me at the ordering site, two when I went to the pick up window, moved quickly even though I ordered hot sandwich.

I love this Starbucks, they are amazing! The staff are so nice and they always remember me and my boyfriend. Whoever does the planning for the store, like the questions, or activities like “how many hidden of this thing in the store” does a really great job. I also loved when you guys did a spirit week. This Starbucks does a really good job of giving off a vibe of being apart of the BG community and not just a large coffee establishment. Thank you!

Usually very happy with their service but the past few times have been rough. First they couldn’t get my drink right multiple times in a row going there and the drink is just a simple drink with no special requests. Then today I drank from my straw and instantly slurped up some hair that had called into my drink. I expect better from this place from now on.
