The drinks were delicious! My son and I were standing in line to checkout at Safeway & the Starbucks barista came up to us and offered my son a kiddie size hot chocolate! He absolutely loved it! There was snow ❄️ outside so it was perfect! She was handing out little hot chocolates to customers and it was so very thoughtful and sweet! It was so nice and I love seeing acts of kindness and paying it forward!!

Worst service I have ever received. I had to explain 3 times what my order was. I said the size and what I wanted. But she was confused on what kind of drink I wanted so I patiently repeated to her what I wanted. She even side glanced at my friend and tried to ask her what I wanted. She grabbed the wrong size cup and was writing down what I wanted but I didn’t realize it wasn’t the right size until after she was done writing. She asked if grande was ok. And I said no I wanted a venti. And she proceeds to get upset with me because I didn’t correct her while she was writing on the cup. I apologize for the matter and continued. The rest of the experience she ignored me and only talked to my friend I was with. There was only two things special about my drink and it wasn’t that complicated. I get the same thing everytime I go to Starbucks and I’ve never experienced something so childish.

Kelly was rude and super conceited. All I wanted was a peppermint hot cocoa. I asked for a grande mint hot cocoa and heaven forbid I don’t say the whole thing. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and then after three times of repeating myself, she went “Oh you mean “PEPPER”mint” Like look man I’m sorry I didn’t say peppermint from the start but there was no reason to talk to me like I’m dumb. Having worked in the service industry, it is not that hard to realize that I meant peppermint. Also I understand that this can come off as petty but man all I wanted was a festive cocoa.

Amazing coffee, great staff, drive through is pretty quick, reasonably priced. Cons- Usual long wait time inside, they seem to be more concerned with drive through. Poor parking, if your parked and there’s a line for drive through, your going to be waiting for awhile to get out. Best suggestion just drive through.

Too small! For the only drive thru Starbucks in town, it’s location is terrible. The backup at the drive thru makes it impossible to park or leave the parking lot. Once inside and seated you will likely be rewarded with consistently revolving sets of buttocks inches away from your head as there is no real room to order/wait for your beverage without invading the space of seated patrons.
