They MADE my four year old pee herself because they refused to let us use the restroom as PAYING CUSTOMERS. I’m absolutely mortified. I literally go to this location DAILY & will now be supporting local coffee shops instead of this disgusting business.

I feel for these poor workers! Stabrucks employees tend to be on the younger side. The homeless have made camp right behind the store. Starbucks has made the decision to remove the waiting/lounge area. There have been many issues with people not behaving here. This is a problem for the average consumer. I feel for the people in desperation but the poor young Starbucks employees are having to deal with things way outside their pay range. Starbucks is a Washington based company. I had a really good experience with the workers today ! They are trying their best to deliver a great experience while having their hands tied. Something needs to be done. Hang in there Starbucks buddies !

I went and got some breakfast here and the people were really friendly. I just wish they would have told me how small their vanilla scones were before I bought them. They were like two bites. Considering how many people in the United States have diabetes they need to have a wider selection of sugar-free flavors.

Very rude employee at this Starbucks with the name tag “Paxton”, and I’m not sure how no one else has talked about this employee— but they were incredibly rude and not very friendly. I wouldn’t really mind had this person not been so completely rude to my mother when we were paying, so the terrible customer service makes me wonder how their work effort and quality really goes. Just a warning, this starbucks might not be at the regular standard of other starbucks and you can tell based on how they treat their customers. Thanks for the rude service!!

Such kind workers! I come in often through the drive through. They are normally quick (their drive is small so it looks like a lot of car, it’s not a long wait though). Even when I have my poor attitude in the morning they always have such a positive energy.
