We only go to this location if & when I have my prosthetic leg adjusted. They are always done on time (I usually order ahead) and have only messed up our order 1 time out of maybe 25 visits! That is pretty good odds to Always get what you asked for.

Horrible attitude in all employees I encountered. I was disappointed. It seemed as though everyone employed there was just angry. Another weird thing is when your drink is ready you have to carry it over to get a lid yourself. Very horrible parking situation. I was trapped in my spot for a while because the people in the drive thru were blocking me from leaving. When I was looking up this location to leave a review it kept popping up the location inside safeway. You could tell a lot of their bad reviews were meant for this location. Sad their rating suffers because people are reviewing the wrong one.

Mixing food intended to be served cold with food intended to be served hot is totally unacceptable. Instead both are just warm instead. The staff seemed nice enough, but I was disgusted with the mistreatment of the food. All to save half a penny? A full refund costs a lot more than a 2 nd bag. None of them would be ok with this mistreatment of food, so why do it to your customers? Very poor customer service, it would have been better to be rude and still package the food correctly

Stopped through yesterday around noon, the guy working the drive thru was so friendly and chipper, it genuinely sent the rest of my day on an upturn of positivity. Grilled cheese was made to perfection as well. I normally don’t leave reviews but wanted to recognize how wonderful that employee was. Cheers.

Super rude barista, we showed up at 7:45 during the tulip festival which is a busy season around here I assume, and they had already closed the shop 15 mins early. When I knocked he couldn’t even bother to say sorry just said we’re closed. Why bother listing hours if you’re gonna shut down early on a whim?
