This has always been my favorite stop with my kids. Excellent staff, great food and drinks, and a nice dining area. However, Starbucks made the decision to bring politics into their business and proudly announced that they’ll be using company revenue to create employee abortion benefits. I can’t in good conscience give a dollar to that cause, so my family and I will be doing business elsewhere.

I really enjoy this location and love the new set up in the store. I appreciate it is close and no long line in comparison to the drive thru location in Frontier Village. I wish in store locations did offer more items but overall always great service and delicious items.

There’s literally reviews on here saying they didn’t go to this establishment. Like, why even take the time to make a review. Yall need hobbies. Good service. The workers are pretty nice. Store seems understaffed but I don’t visit during busy hours, so I’m not bothered by rush hours.

Absolutely love this Starbucks! I live in Lake Stevens, but work in Everett. I used to go through the drive through at an Everett location on my way to work, and was tired from waiting in long lines. Now, I order my drink straight from the app, and pick it up at this Lake Stevens location.

Of the 3 or 4 Starbucks in town, I’d say this one is a hidden gem. Better than the others, but attracting less than a 4th of the customers. The result is well made, classic Starbucks coffee with no wait, even during the morning rush.

Extremely bad customer service. I ordered a chai latte and they made me feel incredibly stupid for ordering it without classic as I accidentally asked for that. I then asked for vanilla, and apparently the barista had already made my drink before I could pay and rudely stated “Well THAT would have been nice to know…” While rolling her eyes. I was then corrected on how to order my drink as a “vanilla iced chai”. I’ve never had such an uncomfortable, and rude experience at any Starbucks before. Long story short, know your order and every specific detail before ordering and make sure to state it before the barista jumps on it in .5 seconds, otherwise be prepared for sassy, rude service.
