This location in particular is the absolute best Starbucks in Oregon as far as the south, west and north west portion of Oregon is concerned. It’s usually got good business seemingly daily all day. Not overly busy either, as the folks working there are very VERY quick at making your orders. So the lines run smoothly. It’s not just the drinks, food, or speed at which this place operates, it’s also the attitude of the employees! They seem genuinely happy. I was always greeted with a cheery hello and good morning everytime I visited. To me, that means more than the product. It’s actually very rare in Oregon to see such happy people. I used them like a help desk when I attempted to move from california TO Oregon. And they were always more than willing to direct me to restaurants or special places of interests like parks or even other cities to explore! I adventures through almost all of oregon BECAUSE of these people’s advice! And I’m glad I did too! But I always came back to this Medford location. It just feels like home in Medford and these folks helped welcome me with open arms every morning. So to me, they deserve 5 stars and constant business. You won’t be disappointed with this location. I want to give a very special shout out to a specific group of folks who helped me the most on my exploration, Vanessa, Taelor, Gary, Jodi, Hannah and a girl who went by the name shel. These girls in particular are absolute goddesses and made me feel welcomed. They don’t know just how important to me they were during these times, but they were not only useful information, but a friendly face to talk to. I can’t say enough about these girls. Always so cheerful. Always so bright eyed. Always so nice and calm. I’m back in California now and I can tell you for certainty, Monterey county 831 doesn’t compete with Medford oregon’s baristas. Speed wise, and character wise. Just an amazing place in the most unlikely area. A hidden gem to be sure.

5 staff took 15 minutes to complete a 16oz Cafe Vienna pour over. They said wait in your car we will bring it out, 15 minutes later I went in to see 1 customer sitting eating ant 5 staff doing nothing but talking as my drink sat under the filter station. The place used to be a buzz of energy and activity but has lost all that……. DEAD…….
