It’s a standard Starbucks, but I want to call out the wonderful staff. I ordered on the app but it got my location wrong and put it into a location across town. When we realized this they offered to make my order for me here. Amazing folks.

Really close to my work and I will go and pick up drinks for myself and my coworkers frequently. Every single time I have gone, I have had nothing but terrible customer service while my order is being taken. The woman who hands me my drink is nice, but the young woman who typically takes my order is just so rude and condescending. Laughed at me for not using the “correct size lingo” and laughed when I asked for clarification on what my drink was made with and talked to me like I was dumb. I leave feeling embarrassed and honestly in a sour mood after being talked to that way. I suggest driving to another location like I do to get your drinks. It’s worth it to not be put down or made fun of!

The WORST Starbucks ever. A couple weeks ago I Door Dashed a hot chai and they gave me STEAMED MILK. Today I ordered a Salted Caramel cold brew with ice and the cold foam.. they gave me a regular cold brew WITH NOTHING ELSE. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU MESS UP AN ORDER SO BAD.

I always order on Uber eats so I cannot speak on my experience at the store. I will say though that my order is always…inconsistent…. Sometimes it tastes really good and I have a nice thick layer of cold foam on the top and the cold brew to sweet cream ratio is amazing. and well other times….it’s bad just plain bad the coffee tastes awful there is hardly any sweet cream and all I can taste is burnt cold coffee which is crazy because it’s cold brew it should not be burnt or have a overly roasted flavor?? Also I pay almost 2.00$ for cold foam (which to me is a lot for a sort of kind of whip cream ..but that’s not the stores fault that’s just Starbucks corporation over valuing themselves.) Still I pay 5 cents short of 2.00$ and I get a whisp of foam, almost like they made too much for the drink before me and gave me what was left but didn’t have time to make more for my drink so I get a thin tasteless sad $1.55cent excuse of cold foam. Or they made a giant batch of this foam and it’s been sitting for a while so it isn’t fluffy anymore and immediately disintegrates into my coffee. I completely get that this location is very busy, it’s right next to MLK Parkway right before people get on the freeway to go to Portland or Keizer station so there is a lot of stress on the staff to make things quickly. But the taste of the coffee is suffering we pay extra for add ons like cold foam and I get more on my lid then in my actual coffee and that’s if I’m lucky they gave me enough to get on my lid. This is the closest Starbucks to me and other stores are not offered through my ordering service, if they were I would be pay extra to have my daily coffee ordered from another location. I hope this location will improve it’s consistency, because right now it just feels like wasting money on a location that does not care.

The staff was so woke that they must have forgotten to have a decent attitude. There are many other Starbucks where I won’t get glares and sighs of exasperation from employees for simply walking through the door and ordering a breakfast sandwich. Never will I return to this location.

Ordered via app and when I got my drink it was wrong and sloppily put together (iced macchiatto) the coffee was on the bottom and the cold foam was all over the top of the lid plus the lid wouldn’t stay on and drink spilled in my car. For the prices y’all charge for a cup of coffee we should get a quality product for the process we pay plus staff should know what they’re doing and not be rude when you ask them to remake your drink.

It’s in a bad location where a lot of homeless are located due to a laundry matt being next door. It’s usually so busy the drive thru has an Insane line. Time it took me during my last visit for 2 medium frappachinos was about 15-20 mins and I had even ordered ahead of time for pick up and showed up on time but it was empty inside.
