Service leaves some to be desired. When my order was being prepped I heard my name and responded. I guess I must’ve distracted them because they didn’t even use my reusable sealable container I brought with me for my ice coffee. I came out for a morning coffee to get out and see some faces but what I experienced alongside the mix up (probably didn’t mean anything by what was said, but doesn’t change how it made me feel) encourages me to just not go here anymore. It’s sad how convenient it is. It’ll be tempting to come again but I’d rather not support folks who can’t get a simple order right or make me feel welcome. Cheers. The coffee was good though.

Horrible service. Have had a few issues with this place lately. And sad that even your child has to have the app to get their birthday drink. When they aren’t even old enough. Haha what a joke. I think it’s time to give up Starbucks all together!!!

A very hustle and bustle busy location. I got in and out fairly quick their drive-thru looks like it was very quick as well. Great coffee always and great cashier.

Saw this new location and was excited to try it out. I ordered an ice coffee with lots of creamer, light ice, and no classic. They tried twice, but couldn’t make it correctly. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. I got wrong sandwich, and it was ice cold. They wouldn’t refund me my money, but they did give me two $4 vouchers. Find it hilarious that a multi-billion dollar corporation can’t refund $8.
