This is definitely the worst Starbucks ever. I’ve been a customer there for years and the newer employees completely ignore me and always get the drink wrong – same one I’ve ordered for years . The few employees remaining from the past (Lynn) don’t seem to train the new ones either. Tired of trying to train their new employees myself. …And some of the new employees are very unfriendly.

I always go to this specific Starbucks and will drive out of my way to do so. The baristas are always so friendly and kind. They’re the reason I continuously go here and will continue to do so. WONDERFUL customer service! I’d give more stars if I could!!

The drive thru wait was 5 minutes before we could order. And once we got to the pickup window we waited another 3 minutes. Long time for a simple drink. The car ahead had a few people and they seemed clueless on how or what to order. As it turns out when we got to the window, the Starbucks employee told us it was HER family visiting. Come on lady take the conversation outside of the drive thru line where you are supposed to expedite service.

This location always has issues. Closed early with no signage today and it was NOON. A few other times I have been there they are out of drink menu items, common ones. One time I went and they were offering nothing with espresso shots. haha something needs to change at this location.

This place is the worst! I asked for a Venti Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew with extra cold foam and it looked as is they gave me LESS than even the normal amount. Not only that, but the outside of the cup was covered in coffee and syrup. This is now the third time this has happened and I won’t be back. Not to mention the employees have the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

The customer service at the drive through was nearly non existant. They were havijg a big conversation about their personal lives and the lady working the window acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Would not recommend. Kind of put a damper on my mood. Normally they are pretty nice.

Not the best Starbucks ever. Apparently you have to be a member to use their WiFi. The coffee and tea I’ve had here is not always that great. And the staff is ok. Some staff use the weird Starbucks happy voice and it’s not natural and genuine. Kinda weird really. I only stop here if I really have too.

Not sure how they schedule their employees, but there was one woman who was NOT customer service oriented, she was pretty sassy to me when inquired about one of their coffee drinks because normally I just order a chai. On the next day (different baristas) it took 10 minutes for my breakfast sandwich, with 2 people in the store and a lengthy drive-thru line!!
