Went for an evening meal. After entering the store we realised that we had an online order deal buy one get one for $1. So we explained that to the gentleman who was waiting for our order. We ordered on the app and it took about 5 min. He politely and patiently waited till the order came through their system. Very nice guy, carefully made our order accordingly and wrapped nicely. Had a nice feeling. Will definitely visit again if we are in the area.

Made a mobile order at this specific subway on May 25, 2024 and received 3 subs with very small portions of meat and on one, I had asked for deluxe. I literally ended up putting my own meat in these subs. When I called that day, they told me to come back to the store, which I wasn’t going to do since I’d be wasting more of my time and gas to fix their mistake. Since I wasn’t going to do that, they told me there was no manager on shift and that I’d have to call back on Monday.

Well, it’s Monday and when I called, the manager mentioned that a couple of days had passed so it’s strange and wanted me to show photos of the sandwiches as proof, which I only took one to show a buddy how ridiculously small the portions were. Other than that, he recommended that in the future, I drive back and have them fix it or file a complaint to corporate. I tried to call the number to corporate and was sent to a voicemail box and honestly, I’m not trying to waste any more of my time on this.

Lesson learned though, if I have to call corporate and leave messages and take photos just to get some sandwiches I paid for to get made properly, I’m never coming to Subway again.

Me and my fam of 3 arrived at this location around 7 pm on a Saturday. There was only one employee and no waiting line, as we entered I greeted the employee but he did not acknowledged us. We went in line to wait and he started counting the cash registered money, I don’t mind waiting for that if it’s their time to do so. But when he was done, he did not even mention “I will be right with you or anything”. He went and continued with other task. After the money counting he went directly to the bread “fridge” and seems he was doing inventory but I did not like that he touched the bread after counting money without gloves. He seemed uninterested to help us so we just left. I hate eating in a places with rude employees or bad vibes.

To whom it may concern on November 20th 2024 at approximately 4:00 pm me and my mother ordered a subway and the person attending us was being very unprofessional and had no customer service skills at all he was being really rude and correcting us when ordering, we have ordered there several times with different employees and we have never had any problems before. This person that was being rude to us claimed to be the manager of the store. We did not appreciate the customer service this person gave us we felt humiliated and that’s why we are filling a complain with Subway would you please help us with this issue. Thank you for your time and help.

I’ve never had a bad experience in this subway, the employees at the counter are very competent and courteous. The freshness of the ingredients are on par with what I’d expect and they are very accommodating with special request. Quite the suitable place to get a quick bite to eat.

We are in town for a wrestling tourney in Holtville this weekend and decided to get subway for dinner. (Staying in El Centro). Our dinner was amazing, of course. But I have to give a huge kudos to Cruz. He was so very kind and had EXCELLENT customer service! He truly went above and beyond especially considering that the Subway was soon to close for the night! He did not rush us and he made sure our sandwiches were perfect!! Subway…you have an awesome employee in Cruz! Thankful to have crossed his path!

Ordered online and asked for double meat they only served me a single serving. I called them to ask them about my order but they didn’t pick up. I paid an extra 3$ for extra meat that I didn’t even get.

I made a mobile order, and could say is the first time, but no, I don’t know who made my order, but it seems it doesn’t like work there. I asked and pay por extra ingredients that I pay extra, and I didn’t received them. Examples: one guacamole, and the second order they didn’t give me the extra meat. Is not fair, even the application doesn’t have an option to support these issues.
