This is definitely a drive-thru focused location. Parking only at the back of the property, no walkways—don’t get run over! The interior space is spacious and open. Service was good.

Came in the morning of Thurs, Nov 10 to pick up an online order. It was 10:45 am and there was no line. The two young ladies behind the counter did not greet me in any fashion. I politely interrupted their chat and inquired about my order. One of the ladies grabbed a ticket and begin to make the order. She returned moments later with my drink and simply laid it on the counter and walked away without saying anything or even looking at me. She then went back to casually chatting with her co-worker. I try to circumvent interaction with these entitled children by ordering through the app. But not even that can override the levels of negligence and apathy from the magnificent staff at West Linn.

I don’t usually make reviews, but the current staff at this location is just amazing! They always greet me with a “Good morning Jordan” and have asked specific details to make my drink perfect. I hardly need a drink everyday, but the nice positivity first thing in the morning keeps me coming back!

Staff at this location are so incredibly kind. We visited in the drive thru and the employee chatted to us about our day and when we shared we were buying a home in the area she was so excited for us and she was truly genuine. Our drink order was messed up and the team proactively made it right and even comped us a gift card for our wait. Truly kind people and a well oiled team keeping guests happy. Will be back!

The staff is nice, however the drinks are not consistent. The past couple of times I went, they got my drink completely wrong and I couldn’t even drink them. They also forgot a food item I ordered.
