I visit here once a week. Most of the time my drink is done perfectly. I ask for 8 pumps of chai and once in a while I have to ask for more chai because they pump too fast or put too much milk and too little ice. I always ask for 8 pumps and extra ice. Maybe 4 out of 15 visits i have asked for extra chai after getting my order. Today the woman taking orders in the drive thru knew my order. Woman with brown hair. Anyway, said asked how much extra chai? I said well none unless its not made correctly. I get to the window and she doesnr hand me my drink. Instead she says “is this the right color? I said its light so i do need more chai. She said how much? I said hmmmm maybe 3 pumps. She put 3 more pumps in a cup then added 3 pumps to my order, charging me for 11 pumps of chai. Nice clean store. Very relaxed atmosphere. Mostly frequented by locals, as it’s away from major highways. Good easy location off of the main road through St. Helens. Easy to spot, on a corner at a four way light. Enough parking in the lot which runs in front of the store and the other businesses in the strip. At the busiest if times if needed, there’s a huge Walmart parking lot across the street.

This is by far the only Starbucks I go to or drive thru. The staff make everything easy; no drama and very consistent in great customer service and making my drinks perfectly everytime!! I hardly have cash and tips aren’t accepted by card!
