When your coffee or Chai taste good you don’t need anything else. Single guy managing the whole show. When I noticed him taking out waste papers, covers from outside, I thought their might be other folks taking care of order and delivery. Went inside And noticed same guy cleaning the hands properly and serving the customer… Overall very Good service, keep up the great work

The service is always slacking and the employees give you attitude because of it. I don’t mind waiting but I mind when I am not treated with respect. After specifying my order every time, I get something I did not order and it’s a haste to get my order corrected. I like my coffee with less ice so it is not watery, so I asked for less ice. When I got my cup it was completely full to the bottom with ice. When I asked to have some ice removed and add coffee, the employee said it is busy so he does not have time to fix my order. This is the last time I go to this Dunkin’.

Two guys standing at the counter when I walked in. One on the phone never made eye contact or acknowledged me even when I was standing directly in front of him. The other one just stared at me but never asked what I wanted. Finally I just said my order out loud. He went to get it and rang me up. Didn’t thank me or anything. Just handed me my donuts.

Love this Dunkin’ but it’s definitely slacking on employees. They leave one man to do all the work, when it gets busy everything piles up fast. Ended up waiting about 15 minutes in line today and there’s wasn’t that big in a line ahead of me. Otherwise the service is great on slower days.

absolutely horrible customer service. Placed an order for pick up that was not ready. I got yelled at by two employees the entire time I was in the store because my mom was waiting for me at the front of the store. The man that defended me also got yelled at for helping me. The employees continued to yell until I was completely out of the store and couldn’t hear them. Zero Stars.

These are the nastiest Dunkin’ Donuts workers in NJ. The guys that work here act like they’re doing you a favor by serving you coffee. Over the last 5 years I’ve tried to go to nearby DD’s just to avoid the staff at this site. Inevitably though, I end up back here, and each time I’m reminded just how horrible these people are.

I used to go to this Dunkin every single day and give them business every single day before school and would at least spend $10 everyday between me and my dad. I just recently stopped going because they were very rude and today I was going to get a coffee from them so I parked in the parking lot and then I walked over to a different restaurant nearby for an application before getting my Dunkin coffee. I planned on going back in the dunkin after picking up my application, so I went back in my car after I got it and the owner came up to my car and started screaming at me saying he’s going to tow my car because i didn’t purchase anything yet, meanwhile I am a 17-year-old girl and has given him business for years even though they are extremely rude.
