He’s jumped in a few times while being on his break, or had just gotten off his shift and noticed that they were very busy! He’s always got a warm and loving attitude and I appreciate him during the mornings and I hope he sees this! The best employee you have!

As far as I know, this is the only stand-alone Starbucks in Canby (the other one is inside of Safeway). The location is very convenient, being right on Highway 99E (1st Street). There is a brisk drive-through business and plenty of seating. Service was friendly and quick.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I notice that most of the employees have bitter attitudes, lack customer service skills. Like don’t even try, maybe treat your employees better or get some proper customer service training. And they also mess drinks up way too often, mistakes happen but nasty attitudes on top of messing up order is no bueno.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in years. I’ve tried them a handful of times in the 4 years I’ve lived in the area, & every single time they can’t get an order correct, overcharge, then when they “remake” the drink it still isn’t right. They cannot follow simple directions. Today what they handed me was definitely not what I ordered, & was leaking all over. When I asked for my drink to be corrected they tried giving it to me the same way I’d just told them wasn’t right. It was like they walked around the corner & never remade it, like I wouldn’t notice. I left without a drink at all but they’d already charged my card so i paid $7 for a drink I never received.

the girls and guys there that helped me today were so sweet. i go there all the time and this was the absolute best experience i’ve ever had there. everyone was so sweet and helpful while helping me get the cups i needed. I’ve never been so happy after leaving a starbucks like that. the guy at the speaker was so sweet and the girl who rang me up was so nice and helpful. this experience made my day and will always be coming back.
