Made a mistake and ordered a regular 2% latte but wanted soy. The manager said I could keep the other one they made but charged me for the soy and was rude and unfriendly when making the new one, treating me as an irritant and as though I was lying to get a free one. The young guy making the drinks was polite enough and was trying his best. I frequent this Stabucks when at Safeway on a fairly regular basis, but the treatment from the manager has changed my mind about visiting again. As someone who was a Barista for years, this is NOT how you treat customers. Yuck! Also, the wait is typically horrendous and they never have enough employees working and they often run out of cups! So mismanaged!

I get Grande lattes at Starbucks. Always a delicious treat. Did you know that Starbucks coffee has 295 MG of caffeine? One shot of espresso has 65 mg….Very interesting. ENJOY!

This is the nearest Starbucks to me and it is easily the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Writing this review due to how consistently terrible my experiences here have been. I honestly feel bad for the employees since it seems like a training issue or due to lack of quality management . Drinks never taste correct, forget modifying anything on the menu, and it takes a really long time to get your whole order. I can see them only making one drink at a time even with a long line.

Love Starbucks but not a fan of this location. Morning staff is rude and it looks like they clearly don’t want to be there. Definitely an uncomfortable interaction with them. My husband went in to purchase drinks on Sunday 09/26 around 4:40-4:45pm and he said the girls working were so rude to him. We keep coming back because the location is just convenient and close to our home and jobs. But customer service could definitely improve .

I stopped many times at this location.. I feel bad for the girl working..checked name tag “Rachel” she’s trying to make the orders and take orders while the manager..and it is the manager..I asked her it that was her manager sitting at one of the tables she said yes.. this is more than once it’s happened.. the manager doesn’t even get up and help when she’s swamped! I waited almost 5 minutes for this poor girl to finish making last customers orders ..I was next in line.. the manager just sitting talking to another girl.. no mater if she was doing an interview or not..she should have got up and helped.. ice been is service industry for over 34 years..actually managed the Shari’s restaurant in this mall back in 90s..its not that I minded waiting..if the point that a store manager doesn’t help.. its her job to keep this store up and running and keep customers happy.. poor management skills.. like I said.. this was not once I’ve seen this…. why should I continue to come here when I can go to a drive threw and wait same amount of time..if she doesn’t have the sales to add another worker to work then she should step up.. she will be able to add more help if her sales go up!
