This store is one of my favorites in Sacramento! They always make my shaken espresso and cold brews so good with the perfect balance between bitter and sweet. The staff is so kind and cheerful. I would rather leave my house an hour early just to get my cup from here rather than driving up the street from my house. One is clearly superior and like all forbidden loves, I have to travel great distances for my coffee.

I have to praise this location, especially after all the headache from the one up the street (4010). They always save the day. They’re fast, efficient, friendly, and the drinks are always perfect. Today I got in line, ordered, and had my drinks in 6 minutes. This was after leaving the other location that only helped one customer in twenty minutes. I will only come here from now on, even though it’s further from where I visit.

Starbucks has really gone downhill, especially at this location. Used to be decent store, now seems like management and / or corporate just don’t care anymore. Worst customer service possible from the so-called store manager Hannah..?! Rather rude and condescending individual.. My visit was awesome. My previous Starbuck’s was my happy place for 10 years then they stopped making decaf. I was bummed and checked in for over two weeks. Finally I called corporate and they said it was too expensive to brew an air pot of decaf but I could have a Pike’s decaf pour over. So I go back today after the weekly order and no decaf came in. I guess it is too much trouble to do a pour over so they just don’t order it. Better to sell higher priced beverages than plain coffee.
