People are great here don’t get me wrong in what I’m about to say. I would just like an extra effort made when making these drinks!! Between the wife and I we spend at least $600 a month at Starbucks. And this is the only location that I experience this everytime. The drink is always leaking out of the cup, people don’t want their car with spills all over it. Please try your best to seal the cup properly and wipe the ends.

So I’ve been going to Starbucks twice a day every day. I always give a tip. I gave a tip this morning, but when I went for lunch, I didn’t feel like giving a tip for the first time I declined. So there I was, waiting five minutes psst, and all the walk-up patrons were being helped. My food only took 15 seconds to warm up. I was obviously being ignored because the one time I didn’t give a tip, the batista decided to ignore me and all the vehicles waiting behind me. 8 minutes I told the batista just to refund my order that I hadn’t received. Now only did she yell no at me and ignore my request she says my co-worker is making your food NOW. I will never go back to Starbucks again. The tips I pay out of my hard earned salary shouldn’t be harassed and held ransom for food that is paid for and legally yours. Starbucks will be sued over this forced tipping. I’ll be more than happy to get my money returned! BTW, Starbucks revenue s has already shown a large dip. I SAY EVERYONE WHO STILL WANTS STARBUCKS SHOULD REFUSE TO TIP AT ALL! Ordered a coffee and a double smoke bacon sandwich. I’ve been told by others that this location isn’t always the cleanest but ended up there one morning due to having to visit family member at the hospital that day. After the first sip of my coffee I noticed that it tasted a bit different that morning, after a few more sips I didn’t want to drink anymore of it because something just didn’t taste right. After an hour I started to get really bad stomach cramps in the hospital during the visit to said family member. I had to use the hospital bathroom several times while being there. Once we left, on the way home my lower back started hurting and I started to get very bad chills. I immediately knew what was wrong with me…

I can still feel the excitement I felt as I waited for this Starbuck’s to open, mostly because of where it was. The initial plan was to simply shut it down when it opened. Nevertheless, I have continued to visit the place and have developed sufficiently to know that any new endeavor requires time and practice for growth or advancement, and the team has achieved all.
