My experience at the location varies.they have some really great team members, but of course there are always a few ones. This Starbucks is in the middle of a very small town. I am one of may be 10 to 15 African-American in my entire community whenever I place a mobile order and Noel is in charge of running the floor. My coffee is always wrong or if there is a mistake with the computer system I am always questioned about what I ordered and if I actually ordered in their store. except this one employee, today was the day that I had enough, and I spoke up against it, and instead of apologizing, the rest of the team, attacked me and threatening not to give me my coffee. This would be the fifth time that my coffee was either held back or intentionally made wrong. As long as Noel continues to work there. People of color will not be welcome.

This Starbucks is in Dixon, Ca and very convenient for a caffeine pick me up on the way up Hwy 80. Although they get a lot of visitors….the staff is usually very friendly and the place is very clean. Plus I love their cute chalk signs! They make it feel more “homey”.
