Why is it that 9/10 my shaken expresso tastes like plain milk, not even a hint of coffee. $5 coffee should not have dead shots of expresso. Literally try to avoid this location even though it’s closer to me, but unfortunately ran out of coffee and couldn’t go to my usual location. Once again was disappointed enough to make this review. Also, the baristas need more training. Or maybe this location goes through so many that they’re constantly training new employees, I don’t know. A couple months ago I go and get my usual. When I got my drink it didn’t have any milk. I politely pointed this out and was told the drink did not come with milk. I’ve been ordering this drink for 3 years and it’s always came with milk. I didn’t even try to explain and just left. I understand it must be hard working at a Starbucks, but this location is just so bad. I get so upset knowing my money has been wasted.

So I love that they had a little table and chairs for my daughter who’s kindergarten and the table and chairs were built for someone like her with marker it’s a washable top so they can draw on it however we could not find a one clean table in the whole place yeah the workers were kind of standing around talking they all had great attitudes nobody was rude but the tables needed to be wiped down

I’ve NEVER been to a Starbucks where the staff is completely clueless, had no knowledge of how to make drinks, let alone know the Starbucks menu. Absolutely avoid this place – I asked for a vanilla cold foam cold brew, tell me why they wanted to charge me extra for cold foam? and then when I get to the window they handed me a cold brew with just vanilla syrup? Like are you that clueless? Gave us a good laugh, definitely went to another Starbucks who easily fixed this stores mistake. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

Normally this location is good but the last couple of times I came during the afternoon they have ran out of cold brew and some of their syrups. Doesn’t seem to be an issue with other locations. Maybe they just need someone else ordering their supplies

Young gentleman had to make my peppermint mocha 3 x, making my wait for my drink longer than nessessary, got into my car for my five hour drive home, took a drink and my drink was completely watered down, and separated with zero flavor. Very disappointed, not worth the 12 dollars and the 20mins of my life ill never get back.

Walked in at 8:45 pm to order today. Was told they are closing and not taking orders yet sign says they close at 9 pm. Folks are also inside enjoying their stuff. Employee says they are getting ready for a staff party. What a disappointment!

I always order ahead, sometimes you must order about 10-15 minutes ahead in case of their spike in customers in the morning rushes. Other than that I always see people moving & taking time to talk to people waiting for their orders to see if it was completed or still waiting for one more item.
