I always read others reviews. Thought I’d stop by. Extremely friendly baristas and nice atmosphere to just sit and drink a cup of coffee. Unfortunately that’s where is ended. Muffin was great…coffee not so. Ordered vanilla latte perfect temperature but absolutely no vanilla flavor. Very bitter. Should have been better I was the third person inside. So not so busy

Don’t know why Starbucks culture got very wrong now. Asked my name and got my name wrong. When I asked them if that was my order and the name was wrong, none of them showed any care. “Yeah I didn’t get your name correctly”. I don’t want to say i felt they are racist because I am Asian and auto assigned me “Chen” but this place’s culture disgusts me. I know it’s hard to correctly spell all kinds of names(mine is a common English name), I don’t mind Starbucks auto assign a number for the order, or just get correct name if they do care to ask.

Delicious Matcha Chai Latte!! I’m addicted. This location runs like a Swiss clock. Love the “mobile pick up” option too. So efficient, friendly and quick. Given (void of males behind the counter) it’s women’s month- you ladies killed it!!

The Barista was having a very bad day. She didn’t smile, she just called drinks and hurtled them at people. So I asked kindly, “Rough day?” Then she smiled and retorted, “No. You?” I said no and left with my drink. The trash cans were overflowing, the bathroom was filthy and I saw many tables unclean. What I noticed most were impatient customers in an understaffed store. Music wasn’t playing, but I don’t know if that is done anymore. My drink was perfect as was my husband’s.
