The employee’s manager thought it was a good idea to close Starbucks before 12pm. They reason that a lack of staff couldn’t keep up with the customers demands. They had to kick out the customers in order to close the doors. I was still eating my meal inside before everything else fell into chaos.

I don’t know how this Starbucks is rated so high. Every time I go my order takes forever even when I order ahead. I’ve seen other patrons have to remind the staff about their orders. It just seems very inefficiently run.

The atmosphere is calm and always welcoming; making it a great place to work. It is particularly busy in the am but I love it’s central location in north Novato making it an ideal spot to meet for the days activities ahead.

All the baristas were super friendly and happy to help. But there’s something off about their inventory or brewing schedule because only Pike’s Place was available in the carafe so I got a blond americano instead. I was happy with my americano, but if someone is very particular about their coffee brew method, they might not be so excited.

5 star people, but overworked at times. These things happen and you can’t really have more than 5 employees behind the counter working their tails off. The star was removed because unfortunately it took 30 minutes for a coffee during the morning rush.

Longer than I wanted to wait for in-house beverage(mobile/online was prioritized), but remarkablly friendly and helpful personnel. The bathrooms were clean all- gender and accessible as well as there was an accessible parking lot behind the store.
