Would be a 5, but not chips and salsa and expensive. I had the #23, carne asada and it’s pretty good, $17.94. Most authentic Mexican food I have found since moving from southern New Mexico. I’ll be back for sure. Dog friendly with outdoor seating.

Good Mexican style food with generous servings. Plan on eating outside during the summer months. We had five eat, with drinks and a tip for about $80. We all enjoyed the meals.

Amazing place! We have enjoyed the one in Billings so much we had to try the one in Redlodge while in town for an event. They closed at 8 pm and we showed up at 8.30 because I was clueless about the time. The folks at La Palmita were amazing and allowed us to come in and served us with great hospitality and super delicious food. Thank you so much for staying late for us, it meant a lot! We will be back in regular hours next time, it was amazing!

Amazingly friendly staff. Authentic and delicious food. I was so full when I left I had to walk down the street holding my tummy. Not complaining! I came starving and left full of delicious rice, beans and tacos. The guy behind the till gave me a cup of tap water at no charge, which was very kind of him. Gracias amigos!
