Typically when we come here the service is very sub-par. Today was the exception. Mile’s customer service was great! They had a very pleasant conversation while waiting for my order to be finished. Such a refreshing experience from most time I come here. 10/10 for miles!!!! 🙂

This Starbucks is always busy. Today is no exception, especially in the morning when everyone need their fix to wake up and head to work. I went in today to pick up my mobile order after waiting for five minutes in my car. Lately, they are on it and gets order within 10 minutes. That’s something that I just accepted as a norm because they are really working hard. There ate no slackers here and at the end of the day, I will back again to order my fix

Poor service one cash resister in a place where it is incredibly busy and 10 employees working with one register in the front and nobody helping your customers who come inside. This is why I will start drinking my coffee from home and avoid this location. Also as you can see an automated comment from the owner witch means they do not listen to your reviews point made!!!

Starbucks is a reliable franchise. Same setup at this location as most of the others in the city, same menu options, attentive and active customer service, honestly there’s nothing really to complain about. The issue is there’s nothing overwhelmingly impressive about this Starbucks either, excluding the servers and their customer service, this Starbucks is just like any other, nothing bad, but also nothing noteworthy. If you want a good cup of coffee, it’s a fine location, if you’re looking for something extraordinary or innovative you won’t find that there.

The girl working the drive thru was sick! When we ordered we thought there was just something wrong with the speaker. But when we got to the window we realized the girl working the drive-thru was actually sick. In food service, if you’re sick, you get sent home. There is far too high of a risk that every drink you touch can make the person sick who’s drinking it. The manager on duty should absolutely be written up. The blatant disregard for public health and safety was astonishing. I canceled my order and had them refund it back seeing how I use contactless pay. And then the sick girl in the Drive-Thru seemed offended when I would not take the receipt from her. I won’t return to this Starbucks ever again.

This location has to deal with a pretty funky parking lot with a really long drive thru. But they are fast. Go inside and they will test you like a friend. Far. Courteous. Conversational. Great management. Stellar employees!

Service is usually good but every now and then there’s that one cashier that argues with me when I know what I ordered I order the same thing daily why all of a sudden would it change. Then instead of changing it argues with me about what I ordered this has happened more than once. I’d hate to act like a karen so I just won’t go here when she’s working.
