Door dash put my order in wrong yesterday. And they were cool and remade it. It was not this stores fault. It was DoorDash. But this store really made my day 2 days in a row with a perfect coffee. I wish I got the baristas name that helped me. She deserves a raise. Thanks again. If you read this.

I get Starbucks way too often and have been to every Starbucks in the area surrounding Richmond. Avoid this one if you can, there are plenty of others, Pinole is not too far and they have a drive through and great staff. Every time I go to this one (only because others are out of breakfast sandwiches), there is a different staff member working window and every single one of them always has a slight attitude and obviously are not happy to be there. Never experienced bad service from Starbucks until going here. Never once get a “Welcome to Starbucks how can I help you?” or “Thank you!”. On top of having rude staff members they are always out of something (like straws), their lobby has been closed for months, the drive thru line is always long and moving slow, and there are rats running around outside. Please just go to a different Starbucks.
