This is an easy location to get to. They had a very large space in this location. There’s plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. Also, they had a great selection of different cold cups, coffee, cups and mugs. I was a white chocolate mocha and a hot chocolate they both were very chocolatey and made perfect. I definitely would come here again like I said there’s plenty of parking my car was safe and I felt safe. The staff was very nice as well.

It is the 3rd time I order the cinnamon caramel cream nitrocold brew, it looks like they don’t know how to make it! Last time I had to let them know that wasn’t the nitro cold brew they used regular cold brew. This time my sister picked it up and the same hapend it wasn’t maid with nitro cold brew and it wasn’t cinnamon at all!

Service and atmosphere are good but what really matters since this is a coffee house is the food and theirs is garbage. The coffee habitually tastes burnt. The espresso i make at home on my breville tastes 1000x better so if you want to buy an overpriced inferior tasting espresso or reg coffee go ahead and visit this place. My advice is to steer clear of this chain.

I don’t think I’ve ever picked up an order at this location that wasn’t prepared wrong, missing an item, or took over 30 minutes to be ready despite ordering at least 15 minutes ahead on the app. I’ve had to call customer service to refund my orders at least twice. If you plan to use this Sbux, avoid coming here in the mornings. They seem to be chronically short-staffed and they are working as hard and frantically as possible but can’t keep up with the orders. Management needs to hire more or pay better. Until then, avoid placing orders with this location between 7-9 am daily.

Ordered a drink before I went there, and wasn’t ready when I arrived. No problem, it happens. After 15 minutes however, I left. And this wasn’t the first time it’s happened here. You’re better off waiting in line and ordering your drink at the counter if you have the time

The drink was great, however the customer service was not. One of the employees literally made fun of my name right in front of me. She was a heavier set lady with distinguishable red cheeks, as she was the only worker with no mask. She didn’t realize the customer she was making fun of was right in front of her. Thank you to the other employees that didn’t play along with her. I think this branch needs some diversity training because that was terribly unacceptable.
