I’ve never rated a chain restaurant/coffee shop before. But I’ve had many sweet memories in this particular starbucks (pun intended). I regularly went there for 3 years when I was in college a decade ago. The staffs were amazing and friendly.

This is a beautiful location. Right downtown. There are seating inside, outside and in side patio. The store is clean and well kept and the customer service is excellent. I went at 7 am so it was not busy.

No straw for drink and cannot get straws by myself. When I pick the straw from the desk, a lady impolitely said I cannot do that and must ask someone pick it for me. Everyone is busy and no one notice me, and I do not want to bother them as well. So weird.
