This location is the best Starbucks in Madera. The food is great. My coffee always tastes better at this location. This place is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The service has declined a bit. I am noticing that hot coffee cups are being set at the mobile order pick area without a sleeve or stoppers. I now have to ask for these things. Before, it was easy grab and go. The parking lines in the front need to be repainted. Other than that, this is my favorite Starbucks!

Such a friendly place, i had ordered a cold brew coffee sugar free and it was made by this gentleman named Pablo and OMG it was delicious It was made just right! I will be back again and looking for this same person to make my drink again. Loved what a great experience.

I have been here multiple times to meet up with people or clients and they always keep it clean and organized. It is conveniently located next to a park and on Howard Road where there are other places to stop by after you get your beverage from here.

They need to get their parking lot repainted, as there are 2 sets of lines for all spaces and people are consistently parking over the handicapped spot, because of the 2nd set of lines that shows them they can.

Co workers had requested a coffee run to start the shift, first one was closed with a “Sorry for the inconvenience” sign so onto the next store down the street with a ” Closed sorry for the inconvenience” so l went to our Java Express where they happily took my order. Fast & efficient & so glad they chose to be open. Family owned stores try harder
