This is my favorite Starbucks that I’ve ever been to and I have been a customer since 2006! The things that make this particular Starbucks the best are definitely the employees and the quality of service that I receive every time I visit. I am always greeted with a smile, and they remember who I am and what I like. I am not great with names. There are so many employees there that have treated me with the utmost kindness and respect, I wish that I remembered everyone’s name and could acknowledge each one.

This is the slowest starbucks in visalia. Worst customer service. Stopped by inside ordered 2 simple drinks and waited over 15min when there were few people inside who were already served. Others who ordered after got their drinks. Slowest baristas! Don’t come here unless you’ve got lots of time to spare.

Went to Starbucks for 3 drinks I ordered for my nieces I don’t do Starbucks but for the girls yes anything! I ordered ventis the large size for all 3 girls when I questioned the crazy red head in the drive thru she yelled at me and said I ordered 1 of the drinks grande? So I didn’t want to argue with her and drove away won’t be going back to this Starbucks for my girls. Time was 3:58 20 PM July 23rd 2023 store # 55233…. The drinks were correct I just don’t appreciate being screamed at for her simple mistake. It could have been resolved without screaming or yelling.

Big, Not Buzy When We Were There, Very Clean, Everybody Was Nice, Got Our Drinks And Pumpkin Bread We Ordered…Just The Way We Ordered It And It Didn’t Take Long, But Boy Was It Cold In There…So We Were Gonna Sit Outside But All The Tables And Chairs Were Dirty. But We Didn’t Talk To Them About It. We Didn’t Want To Bother Them So We Just Stayed Inside And Finished Our Drinks And Relaxed For A Bit. All In All It Was A Great Experience There. Thank You
