“At this location in Shafter California at 136 West Lerdo Hwy. The atmosphere is cozy, very clean & sanitary. The breakfast sandwiches like The “Sausage Egg & Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich’s and candied pops are tasty. I’ve for menu items that I normally drink are grande all paradise, dragon drinks, espresso oat milk cold brews, an my signature custom a Pike with two shots of espresso!

I went through the drive through and the timing for the drinks was good but, the barista taking orders completely ruined my experience. She was very rude and she didn’t give us the proper change. She spoke in a rude tone. After the way she behaved I couldn’t even enjoy my drink. I have worked in the Shafter Starbucks before and I know the baristas are usually friendly but that barista specifically was very rude.

First I’ll start by saying I love how one of the baristas Ms. Lorena always welcomes me when she’s there with a big smile. I’ve tried many drinks and food at Starbucks but my favorites are the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher and the chocolate cake pop.I LOVE the Shafter Starbucks atmosphere and the customer service. I highly recommend this place!!!:)

This shafter Starbucks never has change for big bills, it’s always a hassle buying anything from them they should at least put a sign that they don’t have change or accept big bills. For all the customers they have daily it’s surprising this store can’t change $50 bills when my purchase are almost always $20 and over and the drinks they do not make them nothing like the Bakersfield locations they should really get someone to teach the staff how to make the drinks correctly

Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes for my drink with no cars in drive thru and empty store. Workers talking with each other. The lady that was making my drink stopped to give her coworker a cup of ice water, then continued with my drink. Sorry shafter, even if it’s closer, I will not be back.

I had a great experience! I got complimented by i believe her name is les? But she was great! I just got my nails done for my wedding and she complimented both my hair and nails! She had a really nice tone of voice and gave me my drink and cookie in a flash!

So I dnt know much but buying 5 times a day 7 days a week I know Java chip is not double chocolate chip so y does the worker get an attitude and mad when I tell him hey u got my drinks wrong and has the nerve to say so what do u want in it idk what a double chocolate chip comes made as like dude honestly
