Drove up to the drive through and was greeted by the friendliest voice. Just the whole greeting the tone of voice it just made my day so much better. I cannot explain how something as small as a greeting can change the dynamic of a whole day. I ordered my drink and he said “the perfect drink for the perfect day” Chris was the baristas name. When I got to the window he greeted me as well. The whole experience was 10 out of 10!

Stopped by at this Starbucks while i was passing by. Wanted to have a iced tea with lemonade but they were out of lemonade. So ordered for a iced mango dragon fruit drink. It was fine. The tables were not clean. If you check the photos most of the tables were dirty. Need to mention that we stepped in around 8 pm on a Sunday evening. The staff was ok although it seemed like she was lacking knowledge about a couple of drinks i asked for.

Been to this Starbucks before.. and other locations as well. I’m a HUGE tea enthusiast, so my usual is “Medicine Ball” (simply to die for) this herbal concoction, is soothing during the cold weather. Monitoring my sugar intake- most barristas do not give out Agave organic sugar- But HECTOR did today! His customer service was pleasant, his friendly smile and upbeat energy was awesome! ~cheers to Hector this location

Stopped by today around 6:20pm and I just have to say, I was AMAZED!! The service I received was so much different than my recent visits at this location. I was impressed with the friendliness of employees, especially that of Tina. She was very kind and attentive. And as for my drink, it tasted like the Good Quality Starbucks that I remember! Whatever change has been made here, to this Starbucks, keep it up

The baristas there are very polite and take orders very accurately. I spoke a little fast, but that was on me. They kept up and got my order exactly how I wanted it. When I am in the area I will for sure be going to the Starbucks again. Better than any other Starbucks that I have been to in all my years! The line was long, but moved very quickly. My trenta black iced tea with no water and two stevia’s and extra shaken. Was made perfectly. Thank you baristas and amazing store manager you guys rock!
