everytime i come to this starbucks i have a bad experience. the partners are rude, dismissing customers and not greeting anyone as they come in the door. food items tossed much less than gently onto the counter by the barista with split black and white hair had multiple customers trading looks saying, “did you just see that?” leaving out food items entirely and toppings for oatmeal, watching my food item sit for minutes before being handed out when there was only myself and two other customers in the store. i’ve never been asked a question as simple as “how are you?” by anyone working here, i’m always the one greeting at the register when i’m there to place an order. obviously, that should be the other way around. i understand that things get stressful at a drive-thru, but seriously, i’m in shock at how annoyed the staff are with every customer who walks in the door.

I’m sorry to say this but this is the worst Starbucks in town. The drive thru can be convenient but it causes so much traffic in such a small area. The drinks are so inconsistent here and the staff is not always the friendliest. I love that it’s open late but customer service is important to me and this place lacks good service. Also the parking lot is awful.

There is this one specific girl who always has a bad attitude every single time I’ve been here when she’s working. She’s always so blunt, impolite, and so inconsiderate. She was working on July 5, 2023 at around 3:55pm-4:30pm(turnpike). I never caught her name but there have been multiple instances where she has to comment on everything. For example, I ordered on the app, I live about 15 minutes away. I assumed it would take longer to arrive because there was so much traffic. I arrived there about 15 mins and she told me “next time give us at least 15 mins to make your order” I apologized and stated that there was a lot of traffic so I expected to arrive later than earlier. She then said something along the lines of, “I don’t care just don’t do it again,” and rolled her eyes. She’s had a nasty attitude every single time. I’ve worked drive thru before, I know this kind of job is difficult but for gods sake, if you can’t handle customers or doing customer service, don’t do it!

Unfriendly staff, I let my youngr friend use my app to order drinks. It was her first time doing it. She had confessed to messing up and got the timing off. And the barista made her feel really bad and made her tear up. I understand being a barista is stressful but doesn’t matter if the timing is off. Telling someone that they should have timed it better isn’t going to make the drink not have to be made.

Just 1 star for the sheer fact that this place is never open. I’ve never seen a Starbucks close so many times for either staff reasons or meetings “during normal business hours “ as this location. Mobile ordering is pointless, I order 15-20 minutes prior and yet I still find my self waiting for my order when I arrive at a not busy store…. Do better

I love Starbucks! I love their Pikes Place Coffee. I love it with heavy cream. Their Espresso with heavy cream and crushed ice is really great! I like the one at the end of Calle Real and the one at DelaVina and State Street. Great service. Clean.
