Slowest location EVER. I placed a mobile order and didn’t receive it until 30 minutes after the specified time. The employees were busy messing around talking their sweet time. Will be going to Ventura from now on and I live in Santa Paula.

Everytime I order a venti size anything it’s never true to size. Today i ordered a macchiato and it had so much whip cream. I’m disappointed, go for the coffee not the whip cream. In the picture below, I removed the whip cream hadn’t even talk a sip.

I am so disappointed in the customer service from the manager, Rachel, here. Twice in a week I asked for an iced drink but with the ice not to the top. Twice, “we can’t do that…. but ok”. When I gently insisted, she got nasty with me about it. I walked out…. Came back later and got waited on by someone else who did what I asked. Manager, no smile – nasty attitude

Quality and service are consistent with what one would expect at Starbucks. This is the only location in SP outside the grocery store so this place is always busy. Mobile orders definitely help speed the process but can also be delayed depending on the time of day. There is typically a drive thru line of cars out to the road, and it can be difficult to get in and out at times.

I went yesterday around 7pm to pick up an order that the app told me would be ready at 6:58pm. When I got there only 2 of the 7 drinks were ready, granted they were busy so I understand and was not upset but 10 minutes passed by and the rest of the drinks are still not ready and my order had been placed at 6:51pm. When I asked one of the employes if the drinks were coming up she rudely said they were working on them. By that time I was a bit irritated but stayed quiet and waited as I saw multiple people come in and order and get there orders within a few minutes was frustrating…. 20 minutes after the time my drinks were supposed to be ready they called me up to the pick up window and I had 7 drinks and they only gave me one drink carrier when I asked an employee for one she just looked at me and dropped one next to the drinks without saying a word and walked away. To top it all off 2 of the drinks I had ordered were made wrong and different than what I had ordered on the app.
