Typical starbucks with warm cups of caffeine oriented drinks. The drive through is fast and payment faster with the starbucks app. Staff is typically nice and well behaved and drinks are so standard as in every other Starbucks. Nothing special about this location.

This is the slower Starbucks ever. I moved to this area a few months ago and this is the closest coffee shop for me. Unfortunately, they consistently work at snails pace. There’s a long line almost every time because of their speed. Because of them I actually ordered a nice coffee machine today so I don’t have to go here and wait for 20-25 mins every time.

My favorite cold drink from Starbucks is passion fruit and guava. This location it’s next to a Jack in the box and a CVS. Super convenient location. The customer service was great and helpful.

This particular starbucks lacks moral, workmanship, consistency, and timeliness. They are always behind schedule by 10/20 min when doing mobile pick up or ordering inside. Often forget orders and have ppl waiting more than 30+ min. Staff is friendly except for a few sour apples that ruin everyones day. Can easily be 5 star, just needs some proper training. Ill update review as needed.

I come to this Starbucks at least twice a week, and I’ve seen a lot of their employees. Always have a very okay experience, but today I met a new member that they have. His name is Ray! And he lives up to his name, he’s basically a ray of sunshine. He was so friendly over the mic, and even friendlier at the window. I love coming to the window and seeing someone that’s actually happy to work there! You guys did a great job in hiring him, he’s a good one! ☺️

My daughter only got half of the food after finishing her order and she kept waiting for the rest of the frappuccino but no one was responsible for that. Waited for about 25 minutes until I went straight to ask for it, the staff there didn’t seem to want to receive me, gave me a look and walked away! Please go directly to the one in the Albertsons supermarket opposite！！！

One of the worst local Starbucks by my area. Ordered a ice Frappuccino and basically got a cold brew coffee that taste like it’s just got poured in half of milk jug in it. Disgusting. I asked them if they know how to make a real frap and they swore up and down it’s what I ordered. Then the guy that took the order looking at me like he wants to fight. Little that he knows I’m a vet. I never told him that. The disrespect went through the roof. If they do these things to a vet what will they do to a non vet ? I asked for the manager then with no hesitation he made me a new real tasting Frappuccino that I wanted and he had to apologize for his crew behavior on his behalf. A complete waste of time being on the line. Customer service is the most important aspect of food service and beverage business. We decided that it’s best we go to the Starbucks across the street from them. Never had a problem with them not even once.
