We always hit the drive thru for favorite drinks and a snack. Unfortunately the wait time is unpredictable so there are times when there’s a long wait before we get our drinks even though we’re waiting at the window.

I ordered at a different Starbucks by accident and didn’t realize it. When my drink wasn’t ready because they didn’t even have my order, I asked the workers if they had seen the order. They went ahead and made a new drink for me! I then realized that I ordered at the wrong Starbucks, and they cheerfully said that they would take care of it. Amazing service!
