If there was a negative button here I would give them a negative comment. I was there on Saturday and from the moment I ordered my drink thru the drive to moment she handed me my drinks, this young lady was super rude. Clearly she does not know what proving good customer service is.

This is my local starbucks and I come here all of the time to get some work done while enjoying a good drink. Staff is always friendly. This place can get BUSY and sometimes it can take awhile for your order, but it’s not the employee’s fault. They’re very good at speeding through drive-throug orders. I’ve never had a messed up drink from this location. Staff is always friendly and kind.

This is my go to Starbucks because other’s just have a worse staff, huge mess, or are visibly in the weeds and make you feel like the drink you’re going to get is not made well. This staff is SUPER friendly. Even when my 5 year old daughter is asking them things in the middle of what is clearly a huge and stressful rush, they remain pleasant, happy, and totally make your day feel better. The place is always SUPER clean too!

Decided to go inside since the drive thru was so busy…I expected this since it’s Starbucks..lol I wanted a mango dragon fruit..but they were missing an ingredient for it..got it anyways..then wanted a java chip..but didn’t have chips for it..so I ordered something else. The bathrooms were very dirty and one of my drinks had to come in 2 containers. Service wasn’t bad..just not as friendly as most.

Service here is very slow. Also the planning was horrible and they put the drive through right between the parking lot and another business. Then they resolved to “fix” the poor planning by putting up a tinysign insisting patrons form the drive through line along side the wall of the other business. I got screamed out when I didn’t recognize the pattern change. I’ve not been back since and will never return.

This Starbucks is located in the Lowe’s/Costco shopping center on Central/Dexter that includes a drive thru and spacious lobby. I had a great experience at this location. The store is super clean and organized, the staff was working hard on this busy Saturday morning. My drink was as expected.

I don’t know what it is about THIS Starbucks, but it is not the well pulled machine most Starbucks are. Every time I go through the drive thru, it’s a longer wait &there are issues with my order. This time, we went in, and as we were waiting, I was discussing this with my husband… or order comes up & there’s an additional drink (which no employee could identify when I told them it wasn’t ours, so they “trashed it & will remake it”) and my drink didn’t have the whipped cream & caramel drizzle I asked for. Nothing huge, but it’s always something. For the most part, we’ll just drive past this one to go to one of the other 5.

Starbucks has the best customer service anywhere. I go by there every so often to get a coffee or a sandwich and the person at the window is such a delight to deal with along with all other employees. They are friendly, helpful and always have a great attitude. Hats off to them.
