Terrible customer service. No one greeted my party or me when we walked in until 10 minutes later. Bad vibes. The frapachinos I ordered tasted like pure milk and not coffee. They talk bad about customers thinking the customers don’t hear them murmur. Feels like a biased environment that don’t accept other races if you know what I mean. Karen community’s.

This Starbucks coffee shop is me and my husband dating place every morning the employees are very nice and friendly but one thing that we don’t like is their music is so loud and we can’t even hear them calling our name we don’t know if our order is already ready because the music is so loud when the employee called us we can’t hear them. I hope they can minimize the loudness other than that everything is good

Shame on this Starbucks location. I ordered through Uber eats and when I got my drink delivered it was so low and I order a venti. I literally was delivered a Grande drink in a venti cup. It looked like who ever prepared my drink really must have not wanted to be there today no flavor and half full. And no the drive didn’t drink from it the bag had its seal and was not broken open. Last time I get drinks from here what your employees fail to understand is people work hard for there money & choose to spend it there. Which keeps them employed.

I’m done with this starbucks.First problem I had I order a drink it came out to like 7 or 8$ when it’s 6.00 online when I order it so they over charged me and didn’t give me a receipt. I asked them what the cost was they said it was 70cent for oatmilk then they shut the window on me and talked amongst themselves when I asked. You go online and can get the order done right without being overcharged. Not sure how they can legally charge whatever they want for items with no price on a menu. Next I just went to grab a drink for my spouse and he said it was awful. I tasted it and it’s completely watered down. I don’t know who management is, but your staff has an attitude when questioned and they aren’t making drinks right. I’ve come here alot but the Starbucks at the bottom of the blvd has way friendlier people and will have no problems remaking a drink if it’s not done right and they aren’t overcharging people.

Usually I have good experiences at this Starbucks but my most recent visit was terrible. My sister and I got up to the window and ordered an iced Grande Carmel Macchiato and an iced Venti Mocha, the person taking our order said we could make the Carmel Macchiato a venti for 5¢ more and we said yes. I watch as the $5.35 goes to $5.65 which is 30¢ not 5¢. When we got our orders we were given an Iced Mocha and hot Carmel macchiato, not what we ordered. The employees blatantly lying to us and then messing up our orders was very upsetting and I will most likely not come to this location again.
