Stood waiting 15 minutes for my order while I watched about 20 mobile orders ahead of me and then my order wasn’t even complete. There was one drink missing. All I ordered were two simple drinks. No additives, no extras. Starbucks really needs to rethink their mobile ordering system. Maybe have one or two baristas focused on mobile orders only? It is not fair to make people that are physically there in the store waiting for their order to wait even longer while mobile orders get priority. First come, first serve.

It is unfortunate that I am having to write this review because I love my coffee and I love Starbucks coffee but my experience this year at THIS location with my orders have been terrible. The barista’s who are making the coffee surely need to be trained properly because they can’t make a simple iced white mocha to save their lives. If its 1 thing they are consistent with is making horrible drinks. They do not add the appropriate measurements, they do not add the requested amount of add ons (but they sure do know how to charge for them) and most often, Its just milk in a cup, LITERALLY ONE TIME I GOT MILK IN A CUP. Drinks taste like water, ice or milk. What kind of establishment known for coffee doesn’t know how to make coffee? I’ve had to leave my place of work to exchange my coffee because of how poorly it was made. The baristas and employee’s are kind and try to be helpful but the real issue is that the baristas are horrible at making coffee. Please train your baristas, please test them occasionally to make sure they are maintaining and I hope that this place can turn back around otherwise I will be giving my business to the Starbucks down the street. I will gladly wait longer for my order instead of going through the drive through as long as it means that I can get a well done cup of coffee that I overpay for.

Charged me for substitution (when they were out, failed to inform me until after I ordered), gave me choices but failed to inform me of the charge for those choices, which is weird, considering I go to Starbucks quite often and all over the inland empire. My drinks are always the same price at all of them (are always the same price with no exyra charge) except today, at this location. I have receipts to verify. Not good.

I love love love this Starbucks. The baristas are friendly and they never get my drink wrong. They always sound excited when I say I have a reusable cup to use for my drink. The store was recently remodeled and it’s way more spacious now. The drive thru is always fast even when the line is long.

My mom sent me through the drive thru last night and told me very vaguely what she wanted so I kind of had no idea what I was trying to order and the Barista (his name is Kyle) was so sweet and patient with me and helped me figure it out and then when I got to the window he saw my 2 daughters in their car seats and made sure to get all 3 of us little samples of one of the pastries there. Even though he saw the baby was asleep he still made sure she got her little sample for when she woke up. I was having a rough day and he was very refreshing so I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of this experience. Thank you Kyle.

I absolutely love the baristas at this location. They are always helpful, kind, and so hardworking. It is always very busy and hectic, but the workers always greet you with a smile and great attitude. While the music inside is a little loud for studying, and there is a steady supply of homeless that loiter around the Starbucks, the workers and their consistency really appeal.
