My daughter got charged $6 to get strawberries in her water, without any warning that a few strawberry slices would cost more than most drinks on the menu. Previously, I had been charged $.80 for the same thing and was shocked at the increase. They said it was considered a “specialty tea infusion.” Then, the staff was huffy and inpatient when I complained about it.

Everyone was patient & helpful. We had 2 impossible sausage sandwiches & 1 regular sausage sandwich. The sandwiches were hot, fresh & tasty. We ordered 1 white chocolate mocha, 1 toasted white mocha & a chestnut praline latte. We also ordered a variety of muffins, loads & the stuffed mushrooms.

Service with a smile, I always appreciate that. Had a bit of a wait in the drive-thru but that’s expected from Starbucks. This location seem to not be short on ingredients which has become a usual issue. Drinks looked and tasted good as well.

Drinks and service was good. The bathroom was ATROCIOUS! HORRIBLE! TRASH EVERYWHERE. Bathroom floor was wet and gross. If I had used the restroom before ordering my drink, I would have crossed over to the gas station instead.

Cashier was very very friendly, the location is located off the 15 Fwy and Ranchero Rd. if you are coming from Vegas, interior design and table, desk, and seating is very clean, friendly and spacious! it felt like my loft at Irvine CA! look at the pics for more details, -Unfortunately the lighting outside the establishment were off and it seemes like if it was closed, I asked what was the reason they said they were broken and are getting them fix, inside lights were all good and place felt cozy!

come to this one all the time because it’s on my drive down to work. used to love the people here because everyone was so cool! the people taking the orders were nice and the service at the window was amazing! yesterday i came by and ordered an iced venti matcha green tea and a quarter of the cup was literally foam. i asked if i could get more drink and the employee was standoffish and after telling her i just wanted to return the drink and get a refund someone else came to the window without saying a word and handed me my drink. i didn’t get the refund i requested and i didn’t even want the drink anymore. i was already having an emotional day so after leaving i cried LOL! today i came back, with already anxiety, ordered my trent’s green tea lemonade and it happened to be the same person and when i got to the window i said “apple pay” and i’m not sure if they recognized me but they asked “does your drink look okay”. i’m sorry but to put people through that kind of anxiety a second time around. all i requested was more drink because it’s already 6 dollars! why pay so much and get 3/4ths of a drink, but to comment on it again?? i won’t be coming back to this location. store number and drink for reference.
