Usually Starbucks gets a 5 star from me. Only 4 this time though. They got my wife’s drink wrong ( which I ended up drinking) so i tell her ill go get you your drink. Drove to the same Starbucks, walked in and placed my order. I get the drink but ask before walking away. Nope. Sure enough they got it wrong again. At least I asked before leaving. No way was I gonna my wife another wrong drink. So Starbucks I highly recommend the cashier communicates to the server more clearly.

Definitely one of the best Starbucks in the area. Almost always the fastest service and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. The baristas are usually pretty nice and on top of giving good quality service. The inside lobby is very well designed and reminds me of the downtown Disney Starbucks. The only downside is no inside seating right now, but that’s everywhere in 2020. Overall, great for a quick coffee and snack and right off the freeway with a drive through.

I’ve been to many Starbucks, and this one was great for many reasons. Staff was friendly, fast and the store was kept nice. Reason why I marked it down was they play the music so loud in there. I wasn’t going to stay long, I just wanted to enjoy a cup while in my thoughts, but, nope, you can’t even reach your thoughts. I decided to sit outside, and the music was blaring there too. I finally decided to sit in my car instead.

Great Starbucks location. Plenty of room inside to enjoy your food. The drive-thru is fast and has a large dedicated driveway so you don’t have to block other cars while waiting to enter the drive-thru. The staff is very fast and friendly. This location is also very close to the freeway and easy to get into/out of. Overall perfect Starbucks!

I went to this Starbucks today and was very disappointed. Robbie was very rude to me because I questioned why my drink wasn’t full. He stated that they were out of Grande cups so it was in a venti cup. I told him I ordered a venti. He very rudely told me that was going to be more money. I told him that was fine and asked why he was giving me an attitude when they got my order wrong? He rolled his eyes at me. Turns out he was handing me some one else’s coffee. Not even my order. I asked for a manager he said he was in charge. I asked him what his name was. He told me Robbie with an IE with an attitude. I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks before. And have been hundreds of times. And for something that was his error not mine. Very disappointed!

Okay seriously need to teach the employees on how to listen to the orders. I ordered a Venti Carmel crunch Frappuccino with no coffee. The girl even repeated it back saying a cream based one. Drive up to the drive threw window it is the wrong size. I was forgiving about it, they got me the right size and I drive off and it has coffee in it when I asked for NO COFFEE. I seriously don’t why I even try. Every time I go they fu%k up the order except for one time when someone actually listened.

A convenient Starbucks right off of the freeway, they are usually on top of their orders although sometimes they can get a little behind on their drinks which is understandable, and they don’t always greet you when you walk in. Otherwise it’s a good place to get a coffee.
